You don’t have to become a member of our club to run with us, however there are a few advantages if you do!
  • You save £2 on each race entry.
  • We get THREE free London Marathon places for our club members.
  • You have the opportunity to buy and wear our snazzy club kit.
  • You are covered by our third party insurance whilst running with us.
  • You can take part in our Champs league.
  • You get 10% discount at the MSJ sports shop and Sweatshop.
  • No joining fee and 20% discount for MSJ gym, swimming pool and classes.
  • 20% discount on membership of Malvern Splash gym.
  • You can have a say in the running of the club at our AGM.



Senior membership is only £15 per year plus an additional £5 (reduced from £10) if you want to be registered with England Athletics. Juniors membership is £10. You can download our membership form by clicking here for pdf version or here for MS Word version.

Our official club kit consists of a very distinctive club top plus black shorts of your own choice. Available tops are vests at £15, short sleved Ts at £17 and long sleved Ts at £18. Sizes are from 32" to 42" in 2" increments. Vests are exactly at the advertised size but the Ts are about 2" looser.

Please note the following washing instructions from our manufacturer:
To extend the life and colour of the garment and protect the print from washing abrasion, we strongly recommend they are turned inside out before hand washing in a mild non-detergent product. ie. don’t just bung them in the washer with everything else!!!
