Carl reported that following the request for helpers that had been an excellent turn out. This had led to the club supporting 4 MJ’s to attend the LIRF course held in November 2014.
The first JJ’s meeting of the year was planned for Sunday 18th January at 10.30 at MSJ sports pavilion. Richard Love had organised meetings with helpers and a number of folk had volunteered to handle communications, point of contact and administration. The run leaders would support Mark, Vicky etc to get to know the format before taking on sessions themselves.
County Registration/ Affiliation
The question of affiliation again cropped up. After some lengthy debate Carl volunteered to look into the costs/ implications again.
There was much discussion over the Website and the new Blog using WordPress that Charly had developed. It was agreed the current newsletter was to replaced by the blog and both the website and blog would co-exist for a period of 6 months to ensure any bugs and issues were potentially resolved in the timeframe
