DESCRIPTION:An amazing evening is in store as we welcome Nicky Spinks\, an ultra running inspiration to share her life\, her racing achievements & some of her recent races including the highs & the lows \nHot off the Montane Winter Spine race 2024\, a 268 mile race along the iconic Pennine Way\, the Malvern Joggers together with facebook group “Running/Hiking the Malverns” are delighted to announce that Nicky Spinks will be joining us in Malvern on Monday 22nd January 2024 \nNicky is an inspirational british long distance runner\, specialising in fell running\, who has achieving numerous wins and success\, setting the women’s records for the major fell-running challenges the Ramsay Round\, the Paddy Buckley Round and the Bob Graham Round. She is also holder of the overall record for the double Bob Graham Round and the only person ever to complete doubles of the other two Rounds \nShe has also won Ultra Tour Monte Rosa\, Grand Raid Pyrenees\, Ten Peaks\, The Fellsman\, Arc of Attrition\, UTS 50 and many more and including taking part in the very challenging Barclay marathon event in the U.S. having been last woman standing\, twice! \nThe evening format will be based around Nicky’s talk along with a question and answer session & will take place at Malvern Rugby Club\, doors open at 7pm\, for a 7.30 start. \nAll profits from the event will be going to Nicky’s chosen charity\, Odyssey and The Cart Shed
