From the sofa to your first 5K.

Everyone starts somewhere. In six weeks we'll take you from the sofa to your first 5K — fully supported by the club, with a friendly mentor running beside you the whole way. No experience, no pressure, nobody left behind. If you can walk for 30 minutes, you're ready to begin.

I did C25K in 2018. I've now run over 250 parkruns, hundreds of 10Ks and dozens of half marathons — yet the best bit is still the community. So supportive.
