Signing up as a couple or household? Each person completes their own quick application with their own email address — the same card is fine.

FAQ
How fit do I need to be?+
Honestly — not very. If you can walk continuously for 30 minutes, our beginners' walk-jog group is the perfect place to start. We also run our Couch to 5K programme as one stage of the Running Journey, taking you from zero to 5K with mentors at your side.
Can I try before I join?+
Yes. Come along to a Wednesday club night as a guest. Bring trainers and arrive for 6:45pm — we start running at 7, and the first fifteen minutes are how we find you the group at your pace. If it's a fit, join online. No pressure.
Do I have to run every week?+
No. Members come and go as it fits their lives. The club is here when you want to use it — we just hope you join in the social side too.
What does it cost?+
£35 a year. That includes England Athletics affiliation, which gives you discounts on most UK road races and entry into the London Marathon ballot.
Is there a junior or family rate?+
We're an adults-only club — single membership rate, no junior section at this time.
