Couch to 5km starting Wednesday 7th February at 7:00pm from Malvern Rugby Club!
Are you looking to start running for the first time, or looking to get back into it after time out? We will be running a 9 week couch to 5km programme and would love you to join!! Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners. There are plenty of benefits from getting into running. For starters, it’s an easy way of improving your physical and mental health. It is £29, which includes 2024 membership.
If you’re new to Malvern Joggers, we are a very friendly and social club, with a huge range of running activities throughout the week, for absolute beginners, to speedy athletes.
