A big thank you to all the team that supported our race this year. In spite of the worst weather we have ever experienced in the 11 years we have run the race it was a successful evening. Feedback suggests that our supportive marshals brought a smile to the runners and the chilli added that extra warmth to the cold night. I think we learnt a lot from holding the race at this new location and potentially this could offer the Joggers opportunities for additional events in the future.
A bottle of Friday Beer or cider will be available free of charge to all entrants at our 10k on Wednesday 12th of June. Not only free beer but also free chilli (vegan friendly) as well.
Saturday 15th June Cost £20. Includes coach there and back, brewery tour and as much beer as you can drink! Depart Morgan at 3.15pm return circa 7.30pm. To reserve your place email firstname.lastname@example.org
The good news is that we have secured a new venue for our race thanks to a supportive farmer in Welland. The start and finish of the race will be near Little Malvern Priory. The race starts at 7.30pm and we are looking to increase the number of runners since we now have much more space available. More details to follow.

Our last meeting at MSJ is Wednesday 27th March where we will after our notices form an orderly line up for our 2019 club photo and then off for our last street run of the winter.
We were having some problems returning to our summer schedule with pubs closing down and poor service from last year hanging over our decision making. Things are looking up, the Plume of Feathers has reopened which supports our Gullet Quarry run. So for the first two weeks it looks like we will meet at British Camp on the 3rd of April and the Gullet Quarry car park on the 10th
Lets celebrate the 200th park run at Evesham on the 9th of March. On Sunday 24th March is the Pendock Spring Chicken run see https://www.runpendock.co.uk/ for further details. In April its the Droitwich Half Marathon on the 14th and the Cheers 5 on the 22nd.
Depart Malvern by coach 3.15pm (meet in the Morgan before hand?)Tastings and tour starts 4pm and usually finishes around 6.45pm so back in Malvern circa 7.30pm

The AGM is a few weeks hence on the 13th of February at Manor Park. We have organised sandwiches to tempt more folk along from 8.15pm after our club run. Claire Haynes is the only applicant for the Race Captains post. Janet has re-applied for the Kit position, ditto with Jane as secretary, Paul, Sam, Carl, Emily and Jerry have all reapplied for their committee posts. Although Jerry would still like someone to come forward and take on the treasurers role as his work commitments are very demanding at present. If you would like to know more or feel you might be interested then please see Jerry on a club night
