Free Bootcamp sessions on Monday Evenings

Malvern Joggers has partnered up with Fit Happens so that we can offer weekly Bootcamp sessions on Monday Evenings to our members. These sessions are lead by Fit Happens and their team.

Bookings will be released for the following week on Monday night around 9pm.

Start time 7pm from Victoria Park, meeting in the top carpark, sessions last 45-60 mins, maximum 15 people. Please bring your own exercise mat (or just use the grass as shown in the photos) and water if you wish.
